Meet Heather Bell
Heather is a Level 2 QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) practitioner, as well as a BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing) practitioner in East Tennessee. She is also certified in Ho’oponopono and offers Spirit Release & Emotional Healing Hypnosis for those who are ready to be free. Heather was a high school math and science teacher for 13 years and always felt like she was meant to do more for humanity. In 2019 she discovered the late Dolores Cannon and fell in love with her work. She has done many QHHT, BQH and Spirit Release sessions herself to receive her own healing and understanding. Heather knows how these sessions work from both perspectives and appreciates the process. Heather has been doing Quantum Healing Hypnosis online and in-person since January 2022.
Mission
Heather's mission is to help humanity evolve. She is here to eradicate the darkness by turning it into light and setting humanity free. We are all here to heal childhood trauma, as well as any trauma experienced throughout the life. Her goal is to help you see those experiences from a higher perspective, in order to identify, forgive and finally let it go. She also helps clients understand their family connections in order to gain a higher perspective. She helps clients get to the root of aches, pains, fears, phobias, depression, anxiety, disorders, dis-ease, low vibrational emotions such as anger, rage, grief, and so much more.
Approach
Heather uses different modality techniques including Dolores Cannon's QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) and BQH (Beyond Quantum Hypnosis) to ensure the best possible experience for the client.
Services
She offers online sessions for anyone around the world, from the comfort of their own space. She also offers in person (client’s home) sessions for clients within a 30 mile radius of Dandridge, Tennessee.

Online Session Preparation
- It is a requirement that you have an over the ear headset with a microphone that goes over your mouth (think gaming headset) as I need to be able to hear you during the session and that you are able to hear yourself in your recorded audio.
- A good internet connection is also essential as I don't want to lose connection to you. If you have 25mbps, you will have a great connection. You can check your speed on fast.com
- Make sure you have somewhere quiet and comfortable to lay down where you will not be disturbed by other people, pets or noise and have something to eat before we start.
- You will not be experiencing your past lives through your eyes but through your mind. Leave the conscious mind at the door and let your soul take over. If you feel you are not sure if you can visualize I can send you a guide to help with this.
- I will hold the session through Zoom so make sure you have this downloaded into your PC/Laptop. I will be recording your session so that I can send it to you afterwards.
- The client questionnaire that I send will need to be completed and returned at least 48 hours prior to the session.
- The fees to be paid in full before the session. If there are any issues that day we will reschedule the appointment free of charge.
